LANDLORD PROPERTY-Our Landlord's Rental Dwelling Policy is designed exclusively for landlords with dwellings for one to four families.
The policy provides a broad range of protection for your dwelling and other private structures such as a garage or shed. If your property is unfit to rent due to a loss, we will reimburse you for the value of your lost rental income for up to 12 months.
Additionally, your personal property used by tenants, such as your furniture or appliances, and protection against liability lawsuits or medical bills of guests injured at your property can also covered for an additional premium.
